Customer information
Osiris Systems Limited is responsible for the personal information described here. This notice explains what we use, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
The data controller is Osiris Systems Limited, company number 14900922, at 115 New Bridge Street, Newcastle Upon Tyne, United Kingdom, NE1 8ST.
Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to info@osirisfinance.com.
We use account and contact details; email-verification and access status; subscription and Stripe identifiers; support correspondence; security and sign-in events; preferences, alerts, and saved drafts; and device, request, error, and usage telemetry.
We do not receive or store full payment-card numbers. Stripe handles card and payment-account information under its own privacy terms.
We process data to create and secure accounts, deliver subscribed features, administer payments and cancellations, provide support, and enforce the agreement where necessary to perform our contract with you.
We use legitimate interests to prevent abuse, monitor reliability, improve the product, measure costs, and maintain audit evidence, balanced against user rights. We process records where required by tax, accounting, consumer, sanctions, or other legal obligations. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it.
The service processes public market and news information to produce analysis and summaries. User instructions or drafts sent to an AI feature may be provided to configured AI service providers to generate the requested result.
Do not enter sensitive personal information into analysis or content-generation fields. Osiris outputs support user review; they do not make legal or similarly significant decisions about individuals.
We share information only as needed with infrastructure, database, email, monitoring, customer-support, payment, and AI providers; professional advisers; authorities where legally required; and a buyer in a properly managed business transfer.
Some providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we use an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards, or another lawful transfer mechanism. Contact us for information about applicable safeguards.
Account, subscription, billing, and contractual records are generally retained while your account is active and for up to six years afterward where required for contractual, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal-record purposes.
Operational logs and product telemetry are generally retained up to 24 months unless a shorter operational period is sufficient. Support records, generated drafts, and security evidence are kept only as long as needed for their purpose, disputes, safety, or legal obligations. Backups expire on a controlled rotation.
We use a strictly necessary HttpOnly refresh cookie for signed-in sessions. The browser may also store non-sensitive interface preferences, onboarding status, chart settings, and draft state locally.
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, navigation, device and browser categories, approximate location, and product usage. Google may set analytics identifiers such as _ga. We do not load Google Analytics after you decline, and declining does not affect access to the service.
You can accept, decline, or revisit your decision using the “Analytics choices” control. We store that choice in your browser. We do not use optional advertising cookies by default. More information about Google’s processing is available in Google’s Privacy Policy.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and may withdraw consent. We may verify your identity and may retain information where an exemption or legal obligation applies.
You may complain to your local data-protection authority. In the UK, this is the Information Commissioner’s Office.
We use access controls, encrypted transport, restricted payment handling, logging, backups, and operational monitoring. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
The service is not directed to children. We will update this notice when processing materially changes and will provide additional notice where required.
