These terms form the agreement between you and Osiris Systems Limited, company number 14900922 for use of Osiris Finance. Read them before creating an account or purchasing a subscription.

Osiris Finance provides market dashboards, quantitative and sentiment analysis, alerts, news context, historical information, and related content tools.
The service is general, impersonal informational software. Outputs are generated for an asset and timeframe, are not based on your finances, objectives, experience, portfolio, risk tolerance, or other personal circumstances, and are not presented as suitable for you.
“Osiris Position”, “Buy Area”, and “Sell Area” are product labels for the model's directional state and modelled price-response ranges. A Buy Area means the model detects comparatively bullish response conditions in that range; a Sell Area means it detects comparatively bearish response conditions. These labels are probabilistic descriptions, may be wrong or become stale, and are not commands addressed to you.
Osiris does not recommend that you buy, sell, hold, subscribe for, or otherwise transact in any investment. It is not investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and it does not execute trades, arrange transactions, receive orders, or manage client money or assets.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access. One individual account may not be shared or resold.
Email verification is required before paid checkout. We may suspend access needed to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address an unpaid subscription.
Osiris Pro currently renews automatically at $29 USD per month until cancelled. The final checkout screen identifies the recurring total, currency, taxes, billing period, and payment method before you place the order.
Stripe processes payment details. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge the displayed recurring amount at each renewal. Price changes apply only after advance notice and as permitted by law.
You can cancel from the billing portal or by contacting support. Unless the checkout terms or applicable law say otherwise, cancellation stops renewal and paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Payments are not partially refunded merely because you stop using the service. This does not limit mandatory cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights. To use a statutory cancellation right, send an unambiguous request—or the cancellation template on the Support page—to info@osirisfinance.com.
Financial and crypto markets are volatile. Model readings, prices, news, generated text, projections, and historical results may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or wrong. Projections are uncertain analytical scenarios, not promises, and past performance does not predict future results.
You are responsible for your decisions, suitability assessment, risk controls, tax position, and regulatory obligations. Do not trade solely because of an Osiris output.
We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service during your permitted access period. Osiris software, presentation, and original analysis remain ours or our licensors’ property.
Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overload, circumvent access controls, introduce malicious code, misuse third-party data, resell outputs, or use the service unlawfully.
We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation or continuous coverage of every asset. We may maintain, change, replace, or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice of material paid-service changes where practicable.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that rule, we are not responsible for trading losses, indirect losses, or losses caused by reliance on informational outputs.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply where they live.
If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. We may update these terms prospectively and will identify the effective date above.
