Contact Osiris Finance operator for account, billing, privacy, or service help. Include enough context to identify the issue, but never send a password or full payment-card number.

Email support@osirisfinance.com. We aim to acknowledge ordinary requests within two business days.
For account-security concerns, suspected duplicate charges, or paid access missing after payment, put “Urgent” and the issue type in the subject. Include your account email and any Stripe invoice or checkout-session identifier.
Manage Or Cancel Pro
Signed-in subscribers can open the Stripe billing portal from Account to review invoices, update payment details, or cancel renewal.
If the portal is unavailable, email support from the address attached to the account. We will verify ownership before changing billing access.
Cancellation Request Template
You may write: “I give notice that I cancel my Osiris Pro subscription.” Include your name, account email, purchase date, request date, and—if available—the Stripe invoice number.
We will confirm the effective date and explain whether a refund or statutory cancellation right applies. Your mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this template.
Data Or Privacy Requests
Send access, correction, deletion, objection, portability, or restriction requests to support@osirisfinance.com.
Describe the request and the account involved. Do not email identity documents unless we specifically request them through an appropriate channel.
Service Incidents And Stale Data
If prices, analysis, sentiment, or alerts appear stale, stop relying on the affected output and report the asset, timeframe, page, and displayed freshness time.
Support cannot provide trading advice or reimburse market losses arising from decisions based on informational outputs.
